From General Enquiries — name, email address, subject, and message content.

Job Seekers: to review your application, match your profile to suitable job vacancies, contact you about relevant opportunities, and share your CV with prospective employers you have applied to work for (or similar roles you have consented to be considered for).

Employers: to process and respond to your hiring requests, match you with pre-screened candidates, communicate about placements, and manage our business relationship with your company.

General: to respond to your inquiries, send requested information about our services, improve our website and services, and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that would have a significant legal effect on you without human review.

With Employers: Job seekers’ CVs and application details are shared with the specific employer associated with the role you applied for, or with employers whose requirements closely match your stated profile and for which you have provided consent.

With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party service providers for website hosting, email delivery, and cloud file storage. These providers process data only on our behalf and under strict confidentiality agreements.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

Employer Hiring Requests: retained for up to 36 months to maintain a record of our business relationship and for compliance purposes.
